Is it the same builder as the Client Portal?
Yes. Floorplan Builder is the builder from the Client Portal, on its own, without the client planning tools.
What is not included?
Guest seating, client collaboration, run sheets, menus, event details, chat and payments. Those are in the Client Portal.
Can my clients edit the plan?
No. Share links are view-only, and they always show the current version.
What happens if I upgrade?
Your floor plans carry over. What you’ve paid on Floorplan Builder is credited toward your first year of the Client Portal.
Which layouts can I build?
Banquet, theatre, cabaret, cocktail, U-shape, boardroom, classroom and trade show. You can mix layouts in one room.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
How many users can I add?
Standard includes 3 users. Pro includes unlimited users.
Is it 2D or 3D?
